Our Productions
Musical partners for more than 12 years, Valérie Milot and Stéphane Tétreault present their second project, featuring a mix of popular favourites and breathtakingly virtuosic discoveries.
The two musicians are united by similar artistic backgrounds. They were both Révélation Radio-Canada and Découverte de l’année at the Prix Opus, and were also successively named “Soloist in Residence” by the Orchestre Métropolitain (Maestro Yannick Nézet-Séguin). On stage, the artists have developed a palpable symbiosis where musicality expresses itself naturally.
They also play on exceptional instruments whose exceptional richness of sound creates a perfect blend. Valérie plays on one of the world’s rare Salvi “Apollonia” harps, graciously loaned by Drummondville-based Canimex, owned by Roger Dubois. Stéphane plays the 1707 “Countess of Stainlein, Ex-Paganini” Stradivarius cello, generously loaned to him by Mrs. Sophie Desmarais.
